1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.


3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@solarinns.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.


4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@solarinns.com.


7. Damaged or Defective Items
